. And we are very lucky that she will be teaching us how to create this magnificent flower at our March workshop!

Many of you may remember Landy’s last demonstration at Eastern; how to make a topsy turvy cake. It was incredibly popular and we are beyond lucky that she’s agreed to return. Landy has been decorating cakes for over 30 years and her enthusiasm and love for the craft is contagious. She knows it all and luckily for us, she’s a wonderful teacher who loves to share her knowledge and skills with us. She also has the most well stocked shop we’ve ever seen.
